PATHS OF COMMUNICATION
Teams collaborate in communication exercises, then create a visual journey that explores their company’s mission. Working with 2D and 3D resources, teams form a map that tells a story and teams can connect their maps to share with the group.
This program is an invaluable way to encourage infosharing and team identity. Active listening and collaborative creation translate into tangible results. Teams can build upon the organization’s mission or (depending upon client wishes) brainstorm more specific missions that they visualize.
PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE
PathQuest: Adventures in Leadership lends itself well to narratives that explore the various phases of a process. The Journey (represented by the maps) can begin in the Early Days,. through to the Present, and carry into the envisioned Future. This is a great way to facilitate imagined paths and innovative solutions.
ROLES AND PERSONALITIES
This exercise allows team members to assume fun roles and contribute to the group effort by maximizing their skills and best ideas. Ever member has a voice in the adventure.
TAKING THE JOURNEY
PathQuest: Adventures in Leadership includes a variety of wrap-up options, including team presentations, displays, and debriefs. Please consult with your Philly Hops representative to discuss what might work best for your group’s needs.
Minimum/Maximum Group Size: 10-200 (divided into teams of 6-10)
Program Length: 2 – 3 hours approximately
Location: This program is extremely flexible and can be done in any conference room, meeting space or function room .
