It’s a party! Your company is going to have a grand celebration and you are in charge of the party.
Yes, there will be cake.
Why are we celebrating? Not for something that has happened, but for something that WILL happen. Your company is going to have great accomplishments in the future. It’s up to YOU to imagine what those great accomplishments will be.
Teams will be brainstorming and coming up with a new ideas. great accomplishments that your company will make within the next 100 years. The party will be a celebration of that future accomplishment.
For the finale teams work together to decorate cakes for the celebration. A delicious blend of competition and cooperation.

This team building exercise promotes out-of-the-box thinking, creativity and problem solving, collaboration, cooperation, negotiation skills, that give teams the competitive edge.
