Artisan cheese is one of the hottest food trends in the United States and your team is about to meet this trend head-on. In a three-part team building program teams will taste some scrumptious cheese, compete in an outrageous “Cheese Olympics” and invent their very own Artisan Micro-Dairy!

First teams join together for a blind, gourmet cheese tasting. Tough work but someone’s got to do it! Your teams will mix and mingle, as they taste the seven different cheese-styles, matching them to written descriptions. Next teams compete for prizes and glory in their first annual gourmet “Cheese Olympics.” These challenge include invigorating feats of prowess such as the Cheesiest Cliché Contest, Blow Torch Pizza-Art Competition, Olympic Cheese Stacking Contest, and Cheese Cube and Toothpick Art Challenge.

To take the process one step further teams must then design and brand their own Artisan Micro Dairy. This fun and funny exercise simulates a complete business process from initial concept through design, production, marketing and promotion. Teams collaborate to create the most outstanding (and outlandish) business concept ever.
